To ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for store credit. To return an item, the following conditions must be met:
Returns must be made within 10 business days of delivery. The return items must be in new condition. Customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs.
Once item(s) are received, store credit will be issued for returned items. If an exchange is being made, the customer will be required to purchase the desired items using the store credit issued. We are not responsible for risk of loss or damage during return shipment.
Note: All international orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Customer is responsible for duties and taxes on international orders.

Prompt refunds are issued to the same payment method used for initial purchase. Though we process your credit immediately, please allow one to two billing cycles for the transaction to appear on your statement.
