- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days. Free for orders with a value over $150.
- Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days

All orders received will be processed the following business day. Please allow additional processing time for orders placed during large promotions and holidays.
We will send you a confirmation email immediately after you place an order. If the email does not initially appear in your inbox, kindly check your spam folder. If within 1 hour you are still unable to locate your confirmation email, please contact our customer care team at email@example.com to ensure your order has been received.
We ship all orders to the shipping address provided at the time of checkout. Please double-check the accuracy of your shipping information before placing your order. KROST is not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
All our domestic orders are shipped via USPS. International orders are shipped via DHL Express.
A signature will not be required at the time of delivery and may be left at the delivery address if no one is available to accept the shipment.
We are committed to ensuring complete customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for an exchange or store credit only. Eligible items for exchange must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags attached. The following items are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Final Sale items
- Items purchased during special promotions or sales events
- International sales

Once items are received, a gift code will be given to redeem store credit for the returned items. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.
