Shipping & Delivery:

At KROST, we aim to fulfill your purchases to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs, including standard shipping, expedited shipping, and international shipping.

Domestic Orders:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days. Free for orders with a value over $150.

International Orders:

  • Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the destination country and local customs processing times.

All orders received will be processed the following business day. Please allow additional processing time for orders placed during large promotions and holidays.

We will send you a confirmation email immediately after you place an order. If the email does not initially appear in your inbox, kindly check your spam folder. If within 1 hour you are still unable to locate your confirmation email, please contact our customer care team at hello@krostnewyork.com to ensure your order has been received.

We ship all orders to the shipping address provided at the time of checkout. Please double-check the accuracy of your shipping information before placing your order. KROST is not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

All our domestic orders are shipped via USPS. International orders are shipped via DHL Express.

A signature will not be required at the time of delivery and may be left at the delivery address if no one is available to accept the shipment.

Returns/Exchange Policy:

Return Window

  • You’ve got 30 days from when your order was delivered to start a return.

How Returns Work

  • We'll automatically generate a prepaid shipping label for you. In addition to a packing slip with a scannable barcode to make things easier.

Refunds

  • If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, there’s a $9.95 handling fee deducted from the total.

Exchanges

  • Need a different size? No problem. You can swap your item for another size without any extra fees.
  • Instant Exchanges: If you want your new size sent out right away, we can authorize your card. You’ll only be charged if the return isn’t shipped back in time.

Store Credit

  • You can also opt for store credit (no fees apply), which comes as a Shopify gift card.

Bonus Credit

  • If you choose store credit, we might throw in a little extra bonus credit as a thank you.
