When will my order ship?
All orders are fulfilled within 1-2 business days from the check out date. We operate daily from Monday through Friday, not including United States federal holidays. All orders received on those days will be processed the following business day. Please allow additional processing time for orders placed during large promotions and holidays.
We will send you a confirmation email immediately after you place an order. If the email does not initially appear in your inbox, kindly check your spam folder. If within 1 hour you are still unable to locate your confirmation email, please contact our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org to ensure your order has been received.
What shipping couriers do you use?
All our domestic orders are shipped via USPS. International orders are shipped via DHL Express. Some specifics about your shipping options:
- USPS Priority Mail Shipping: your order will be delivered within 2-3 business days, once your order is processed.
A signature will not be required at the time of delivery and may be left at the delivery address if no one is available to accept the shipment.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. Any duties that your country places on goods shipped from the US are not covered in the purchase or shipping price and must be taken care of directly with your local customs office.
How much does shipping cost?
Domestically we ship via USPS Priority shipping. Shipping is calculated primarily by weight and final destination. We offer free shipping on all orders over $125.
What is your Return and Exchange Policy?
To ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for store credit. To return an item, the following conditions must be met:
Returns must be made within 10 business days of delivery. To start a return or exchange please reach out to hello@krostnewyork and provide your order number. The return items must be in new condition. Customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs.
Once item(s) are received, a gift code will be given to redeem store credit for returned items. If an exchange is being made, the customer will be required to purchase the desired items using the store credit issued. We are not responsible for risk of loss or damage during return shipment.
All sale orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
All international orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Customers are responsible for duties and taxes on international orders.
