Product Availability

We do our best to make sure our site reflects what’s in our inventory and available styles. Please understand that occasionally updates may be delayed due to a promotion or limited availability.


All orders are fulfilled by our warehouse in New York within 1-2 business days from the date of your order. Our business days are Monday thru Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. All orders received on those days will be processed on the following business day. Please allow additional processing time for orders placed during sale promotions or around federal and U.S. holidays.

We send out your order confirmation email immediately after you place your order. If you don’t receive an order confirmation email within 1 hour of placing your order, please check your spam. If you are still unable to locate your order confirmation, please contact our customer service team to retrieve the order information and ensure your order has been received.
