Shipping & Delivery:

At KROST, we aim to fulfill your purchases to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs, including standard shipping, expedited shipping, and international shipping.

Domestic Orders:

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days. Free for orders with a value over $200.

Returns/Exchange Policy:

Return Window

• Starting December 1st, 2025: You’ve got 14 days from when your order was delivered to start a return.

How Returns Work

• We'll automatically generate a prepaid shipping label for you. In addition to a packing slip with a scannable barcode to make things easier.

Refunds

• If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, there’s a $9.95 handling fee deducted from the total.

Exchanges

• Need a different size? No problem. You can swap your item for another size without any extra fees.
• Instant Exchanges: If you want your new size sent out right away, we can authorize your card. You’ll only be charged if the return isn’t shipped back in time.

Store Credit

• You can also opt for store credit (no fees apply), which comes as a Shopify gift card.

Bonus Credit

• If you choose store credit, we might throw in a little extra bonus credit as a thank you.
